hi,
nord vpn stopped working this week on the talk talk wifi across all my devices.
it works fine on other wifi networks.
I’ve restarted the router, tried only using the band 1 (2.4Ghz) and band 2 (5 GHz) with same results. I got told that my software on my router needed to be updated but I cannot find how to do this. Could someone help with this?

Hi,
I’ve now restarted it and it working.
I’ve tested it on all my devices and can confirm I’m able to connect to NordVpn again.

Unfortunately I am at work at work at the moment and for the day. But I’ll restart the router as soon as I am home tonight and test it.

thank your for the quick reply and info. I do have a Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub, I upgraded to it a while back.
I’ll wait for the support team to pick it up tomorrow and update it.

Hi @hlnalaurent,
Do you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub ?, if so it is likely a firmware update has caused the problem. You can't update the firmware yourself, but the support team here will be able to update it for you when they return tomorrow.
