Not getting guaranteed speed

Hi there,

 

I should be getting a minimum of 68mbp and im currently getting 12mbp.

 

Please help

Is this a speed test or the router's downstream line rate? The guaranteed speed refers to the latter.

 

What make/model of router do you have? If it is one of the two WiFi hubs the downstream line rate can be found in the initial dashboard area.

 

If these are speed tests, were they done over wired (Ethernet) or wireless connections? Was there any other activity going over the fibre at this time?
