PPTP VPN Blocked

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to my work PPTP VPN but it is being blocked as referred to in the similar post below.

The resolution appears to be updating my routers firmware.

I did log a support ticket but this was never implemented hence me posting here.

 

Please could this be arranged as soon as possible as it is affecting me working from home and is now becoming an urgent issue.

I have asked our Devices Team to make a change to your router firmware.

 

Please can you leave the router switched on and I will post back to confirm once the firmware has been updated.
