Payment holiday

Hello - my home is having maintenance work for 2 months, and I have had to disconnect the broadband/home phone line. Is it possible to arrange for a payment holiday? Failing that, is it possible for a reduced fee for non-usage during the maintenance period (so that I can keep the broadband/home phone lines).

TT do not offer temporary suspension of service with a payment holiday or a reduction in fees for lack of use.
