Every time the phone rings and someone picks it up it cuts out the broadband connection. Talk Talk are useless. Thinking of leaving them. Impossible to speak to a human

Have you tried a new microfilter? If yes & it is no better, I will get TalkTalk to investigate the problem via this forum. They are all humans, based in the UK & do not work to scripts.
