How do I report a physical line down (tree branch has pulled the line down) on my property to TalkTalk?

All the help options send you in a perpetual loop of unhelpful standard info.

Good morning,

 

Can I just confirm, is the voice/broadband service also affected? Are you experiencing no dial tone or no connection?

This is one of those rare occasions when Openreach should be contacted directly. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
