Poor Broadband and keeps dropping out?

Hi have had a very good TalkTalk connection over the past few years but in the last week or so the sevice has degraded with the connection going very slow and even dropping?
I have not changed anything with my home setup (router etc) for years, so it is not a hardware issue and when I try to check this on the TalkTalk site, although some of the test come back 'All working',  with other I get things like this

Please can you re-store my connection back to what it was.

It's funny  because after a week or so of bad service, I tell you about it and it's fixed.
Thank you for whatever you did. If it goes weak again, I may try the router 🙂

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The line test hasn't detected any faults. The line is in sync at 76.5mb and the connection appears to be stable.

 

Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?
