What issues are you experiencing? Is the connection dropping or slow?
Is it only affecting wireless or do you also use wired devices?
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile.

What's been the problem, @Agata3? Wifi can not function in many ways, so we need a bit more detail.
We also need you to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond during the day. They are on here Monday to Friday. Look out for their support in this thread.
