I have had no connection since the early hours of Tuesday 21st March. I have inspected my router logs and there is a RADIUS authentication problem. Attached is the relevant part of the log showing a connection attempt (I have redacted my telephone number from the log).

Thanks for your reply.
I've tried a few different things but the line is not authenticating.
I think we should send a replacement router just for testing, would it be ok for me to arrange this?
The TalkTalk router can just be connected without entering any settings (not like a non TT router)

FYI I don't have a TalkTalk router since my account is quite old. I have tried resetting my router and ensuring the authentication settings are correct. I have also tried a spare router with the same settings. Both these routers were previously working correctly.

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, have you tried factory resetting the router and then resetting this back up again?
