Hi,
Recently my broadband contract expired, so I received an email from TalkTalk with 3 options. I clicked on the link for the second option which was to upgrade to the Fibre65 deal. However, I haven't been moved onto it yet and still appear to be on the old package. I didn't get a confirmation email, so I'm wondering if something went wrong? Could you please look into this?

Hi @manhattan_24,
This seems to be happening to quite a few people at the moment, best thing to do would be to call the 'loyalty team' on 0345 172 0088, they will be able to sort it out, and you may even be able to negotiate a better deal with them than you were offered online.
When you call that number you may have to listen to some recorded messages, but then just ask for the loyalty team.
