I am wondering where to go to request a replacement router as we are having lots of issues with our internet dropping and getting red lights on the router several times a day. We are customers through Shell Energy and have had the same router since we joined them approx 3 years ago. We have had contact with an agent who helped us with line tests an engineer came out to check the line but found no issues. This issue is causing problems several times each day and as we work from home is not ideal as this is slowing productivity down.
