Replacement Router Missing in transit

Hi I spoke to technical support on 1 March about my internet and home phone no longer working.   They confirmed I needed a new router and that one would be sent out within 24-48 hours.   Nothing has arrived to date.  Spoke to Lisa in Tech Support yesterday who confirmed an issue with the delivery company.  She said she was re-ordering the router for me.  But I haven't received any sort of confirmation email so would like this checked as I have been without internet for 8 days already. Can someone check to make sure the order has gone through properly this time and my router is definitely going to arrive?!
