Replacement Wi-Fi Hub

I have just received a new Wi-Fi Hub. The package did not contain a new Micro-filter. Can I re-use my existing TalkTalk filter?

Unless there was a specific problem with the current microfilter it wouldn't be sent with the hub these days,  @Gossip2015.

 

The Hub3 is currently sent out for all services but was initially designed for Full Fibre which doesn't use microfilters.

 

If you have any issues, staff can send replacement microfilters separately. 

 

Talktalk is trying to cut back on unnecessary waste.
