i want to report that a fault on my broadband has now been cleared. There does not seem to be a way of doing this.

You don't need to particularly do anything unless you have booked an engineer, @gimlisog, in which case it depends which type of engineer is booked if you need to cancel now.

 

Check, using the forum search engine, using "Talktalk engineer appointment" or "Openreach engineer appointment" etc.

Go via your avatar/name; settings. From the drop down menu, add Talktalk phone  / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
