I recently requested a software update for my router. I was told it would be done later in the day and its been over a week now, can you please update my router as this will help with issues I'm currently having, thank you.

Hi Stormeileen24,

 

I'm experiencing some problems communicating with your router at the moment, could you please switch it off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and let us know when you've done this

I've been having alot of issues which I have gone over on the phone for hours with talk talk, and they said if the service does not improve within 30 days they will allow me to cancel with no fee.        All I want is the software update for my router to see if this resolves anything.

 

And I have added my talktalk landline number to my account for you 🙂
