Greetings, I am looking for support, my DG8041W has firmware v1.05t and is constantly disconnecting and rebooting, I hear there is a higher software version that can fix this issue.

That router is no longer supported. The support team will likely arrange a newer model by way of replacement. Bear in mind that they won't pick this up before they are back online on Monday. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
