The box containing our new Fibre 150 router is too small for returning the old Fibre 100 router.

Can you please send a suitable box to return the old router. I do not want to be charged for the old router.

Thank you. The new box was supposed to be the return box as well. However the old router is too big.

@JuneEddy, this is why we are meant to keep all the packaging. 

 

Staff will confirm whether it's possible to send a box out or OK if you just bubble wrap the old router.

 

Presumably you have a returns bag and prepaid label?

 

That's the most important thing.

 

Then keep a certificate of posting as proof of postage, and you can see when it's arrived at Talktalk.
