Returning equipment

Hi,

I was told I would be sent a bag to return your equipment. It's been 2 months and I would like to dispose of the equipment so please either send a bag or tell me if you don't want it. Thank you.

I have requested that a returns bag is sent, please allow 48-72 hrs for this to arrive.

Hi @newskiller,

 

The support team here will be back on Monday, and will be able to confirm if you need to return the equipment (and send you a returns bag if you do). It would be best to keep hold of everything until you get confirmation, as if you disposed of it and then found they wanted it back you could end up getting charged for it. If you do get asked to send it back then ensure you keep proof of postage.
