It may yet come today, @Marie36  - they sometimes take quite a bit longer, and the Chat / phone agents would say allow more days (3 - 5) than the support team here does.

 

Staff on here won't be back before Monday to follow up.

Hi, It's been 4 days and I still haven't received it, Talk Talk are making it awkward for me to return their old equipment! Can't think why I changed Internet provider !
