I have an Eero router to return to TT. My local PO has rejected it saying it's not a valid returns label. The QR code also part for the returns label was also rejected by my local PO, as ineligible for return.
I've read elsewhere on here about similar problems with the returns label. How do I acquire a correct return label so as not to incur an potential £80 charge.

Our Warehouse Team have identified all affected customers and they are in the process of sending out a new router returns bag.

I have had 2 return labels rejected by my post office, reason unable to scan, I am trying to return an old router and an error device, how can I receive new labels.
