I've been sent a returns label to return some equipment so I don't get charged. The problem is the label isn't working at the post office! Can you send me another one or is there another way to return the equipment.

Apologies, our Warehouse Team are aware of this and they are in the process of sending out a replacement returns bag.

I also have had a returns bag rejected at my local post office. Do I just wait for a new to be sent out of is there a direct contact email or number I can call. I don't want an £80 charge for something that is not my fault.

The returns company has had a bad batch of these so correct labels will have to be sent out again, @ClockBill.
Staff will respond after the weekend. Please complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account to send you a replacement returns bag.
