Just to let you know that the returns bag reached me this morning, so a full week since I first posted.

Correct @Gliwmaeden2. Basically, the delivery timescale is within 2-3working days but should there be any delays, the delivery will take within 3-5working days.

Thanks for checking that for me, @amahle-TT.

 

It's odd that there was such a time lag between ordering and dispatching as, effectively, it means that customers need to be told it will be "up to a week" for delivery, to help manage expectations!

 

Not "2 to 3 working days".

Thank you for your time and patience, I have checked o n my end and the returns bag was ordered on the 7th and it was dispatched today. So it should be delivered tomorrow.

Thank you @fr8ys, no it's not arrived. 

 

It was supposed to be 2 - 3 working days since Thursday, so hasn't made it within the time frame. 

 

An escalation would be appreciated!
