Router broken.

Hello. Earlier today I was struggling to get a connection to my pc. What I mean by this is I could not connect to the router, at all. None of my devices could. After countless restarts I figured the router could have been faulty as I was able to connect to my mobile hotspot mere instantly. As I was inspecting the router, I accidentally dropped it. My fault, I know. Since then, I have tried to switch the router on and off, unplugged and re-plugged every wire I could see coming out of the router and still nothing. I fear it is broken and need a new one.

There is no exterior damage, to what I can see anyway. Just no lights, no connection, no wifi.

Hi Onwoc

I have ordered you a replacement router and a returns bag for your current one.

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Thanks

Debbie

I should say, my router is the Huawei-DG8041W, but apparently you guys don't recognise that one anymore, or something.
