Router is broken

Hi, 

I have reset the router and turned it off for twenty minutes but still can't get it to work. The router doesn't even show as an available network. When turning it on it the orange light blinks quickly and the open reach modem LAN light goes green but then after one minute then orange light blinks slower and the LAN light goes off.

 

Do I need a replacement router?

Hi Marco,

 

Apologies, I've made a mistake with the order, I've placed the order again, the router should hopefully be with you tomorrow. I'll pick this up first thing in the morning and check for a tracking number

Cheers Chris. Any update today on a tracking number? Has been on some kind of order status for 4 days now. Just want to know if it has actually been sent out.

I can see any indication that the router has been sent yet so I've ordered another, it should be with you within two working days but will usually arrive next working day

I still havent recieved any information on the delivery of the router. Can you check to see if its been dispatched please?

There's a note saying that a router will be sent but it hasn't been dispatched yet

Hi Chris,

I spoke to the online team yesterday. After a few checks they decided the router is broken and are sending a replacement router. I am yet to receive a parcel tracking number. Do you have access to this as it concerns me that you think the router is ok?
