Hi @MimoG

I've just checked your wireless stats. Have you connected all your devices on 2.4ghz?

There has been no change. It STILL keeps changing to a congested channel, even after I have manually changed it to a less busy channel. Giving me connectivity issues.

Hi MimoG

How's the connection been? Do you still need help with this?

Hi MimoG

Our Devices Team have asked if you can reboot the router and retest to see if you are still having issues with the wireless channels?

Thanks

Hi MimoG

Apologies for this.

I will ask our Devices Team to take a look at this for you and I will post back on this thread as soon as I have further information.

Thanks

Debbie

Yes, and it also reactivates if the router is factory reset.

So it's something that will keep requiring a switch off from forum staff support as and when, @MimoG.

Hi @MimoG yes it's surprisingly called optimisation. It can be disabled by the team here but last I knew it reactivates every time the firmware is updated.

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
