I'm a long term customer with a router that must be 6+ years old now. It has started resetting itself every few minutes (light alternately flashes orange then white then stays white once reset). The line has tested okay and I still get good WiFi speed when connected. I can't make Tech support understand this who seem to insist that it is a WiFi issue so give me advice on router placement. But obviously the WiFi will drop when the router is in the process of resetting. How can I get a new router or at least get the router investigated.
