Hello,

I recently bought a new laptop and every time I connect to the wifi the router (DSL-3782) immediately loses connection and stops working. i have updated all the wifi drivers on my laptop but the issue persists.

The router also will randomly drop connection once or twice a day so please could I request a replacement router as I am not confident in updating the firmware on the router itself.

Thanks.

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Thanks

That router has been discontinued, I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and replace it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
