Router not turned up following renewal of Contract with Talk Talk

I renewed my Contract with Talk Talk on 1 September and signed up to Fibre 65 so I would receive a new router.  However it is now 31 October and my router has still not been delivered.  I am wondering if anyone at Talk Talk has any idea when I might receive this.
