Thank you for the reply below to my earlier question about the router. I cannot seem to reply in the original discussion here
so I have had to start a separate reply.
@pbrown48 Before proceeding, I want to confirm that you mentioned getting an error message stating "couldn't download - network issue." Just to clarify, are you able to use the internet for other activities, like browsing the web?
The error message only appears occasionally so I am able to use the internet normally otherwise.

@pbrown48, there's a problem posting in the community just now, with a yellow banner sometimes popping up.
One can copy, then paste the text after refreshing the page and then it usually works. Don't reply directly to notifications, as these are from a No Reply address.
I'll close this thread as staff are following up on the original one, to avoid duplication.
