Hi,
My router has no power to it at all. I have tried all the usual ideas.
A replacement will need to be sent asap please.
It's a talk talk WiFi hub.

Hi @Baz2810,
If you have tried the router in a different power socket that you know is working, and it is still dead, the Support Team here will be able to arrange a replacement router for you.
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.

@Baz2810 there are two HUBs, one made by Sagemcom and the other by Huawei.
So staff can identify you, please add your TT landline number to your community profile, click on your avatar at the top RHS of the page and go from there.
Only staff can see your details.
DO NOT post any personal information here in the forum.
