Hi, good afternoon. I haven’t Got Internet for the last 10 days. I’ve been trying to contact with technical support and everything. I was waiting. Sometime I stay on the line for hours and hours. I just wanted an update if my router is dispatch or not. It has been passed 5 working days.

kind request, please let me know when my router Will arrive. Or dispatched.
