Good evening 

 

I seem to have a problem with the talk talk router ,I was using a tp link router with no problems ,but have had to go onto the talk talk router as my tp link router stopped working.

 

Manufacturer:Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd; ProductClass:DG8041W;

 

I now have this error on a regular basis 

AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: System reset due to kernel panic, Terminal:OTHER

 

It's this error that is resetting the router a few times a day.

 

I see a few others have had there firmware changed and it was sorted ,do you have any solutions for me please.

Do you still have this problem? The router needs a firmware update to V1.06 to fix this issue. If your router is still running V1.05, let me know & I will ask TalkTalk to upgrade it for you.
