Hi all
I live in a small flat that's got a broken intercom (working on getting it fixed) and don't want to miss the package containing the setup kit/router etc.
Does anyone know if Talktalk send out a text/email informing me that's it's been shipped so I can keep an eye out for the post/delivery drivers? (The installation engineer isn't due until Jan 19th.)

You should see details of any outstanding orders by logging into My Account and the courier will generally notify you directly.
