How do I update software for my sagecom router? I have tried reset to no avail, and leave it on all the time, again without fixing it.
I have phoned the 'helpline' three times and all they tell me is there is no problem with the signal, but they never mention the software, even though that shows an error message when I do a test at this end.
How do I get this software or get a new router?

Your router has the latest FW version. Just to confirm, what fault are you experiencing when using the connection?

You should not be doing anything at your end at all, @rondux35.
Leaving it on is the best advice, and if it may have a fault, staff will organise another one for you to try.
