I’ve had three different chats in the past 24 hours and none of the scripts that they are following have helped. Before I started talking to talktalk I could at least turn off my router, turn it back on and get my dropped internet connection back, but since I was asked to reset my router, nothing works at all! I have followed all advice, reboot, reset, checked the master socket and all cables, left it for 30 minutes and still when I turn it back on the light is flashing orange permanently with no white light in between. According to talktalk’s own website this means the router is booting, so it’s not even attempting an internet connection. Please help, I have tried everything and I’m tired of following the same process on the chat just for the chat to end or act like an AI script that ignores any questions?

@Tiredandannoyed, I firstly do apologise for any difficulties that this may have caused to you as I will be able to double check on my end.
