TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub
version SG4K100130

 

Hopefully the support team can update my firmware to the latest available. Spoke over 1 hour last week to customer services who promised me this would be carried out nothing has happened.

Your router has one of the latest firmware versions. Our Products Team will be rolling out FW 136 to all Sagemcom hubs over the coming weeks.

 

Please can you leave the router powered up all the time. The update is rolled out overnight.

This is part of a slow rollout to V136, your router will be updated automatically as the rollout reaches it. Please leave it connected & turned on.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
