I see I'm not the first to raise this issue! Why supply a product with a feature that doesn't work?!
Please stop my router from changing to a busy channel that makes the 2.4ghz frequency unusable!
I switch to free channel. WiFi works, short while later the WiFi stops and the router has switched to a busy channel again!

The support team here can sort this out for you, but please bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday
