Hello. 
pleas can someone help me with installing my second eero?. 

My eero app doesn’t open with this page.

can anyone tell me how to get my app to open with this page please?

Having trouble with the eero app? Try the following to help fix any issues:

Make sure the device you're using the eero app on is connected to the Internet either through Wi-Fi or a data connection
Close your eero app and reopen it
Next try logging out of your eero account and logging back in — you can do this in the Account settings section in Settings
Try uninstalling the eero app and reinstalling it to make sure you have the latest version
As a last resort, try turning your device off and back on again

Hi Debbie. 

thank you for the link. But unfortunately I’ve tried it before. 
The problem I have is that when I open the eero app I only get this page.  

I am not able to go any further.

Ok sorry, please can you check the instructions below:

 

Setting up your eero | Full Fibre | TalkTalk Help & Support

 

 

On rare occasions, the eero app might not pick up your eero device, even if it's turned on and appears to be working. When this happens, you may need to manually add the eero to your network. To complete this step, you'll first need the serial number from the eero - you can find this on the sticker on the bottom of your eero (usually below the barcode), or on the box your eero came in.

If you're setting up your eero network for the first time:

  1. When you get to the Looking for eero devices screen in the app, select Set up Using a Serial Number
  2. On the next screen, enter the serial number from your eero device and press Next

If you've set up your eero network already and you're having troubles adding an additional eero device, then please follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the + Button at the top of the eero app
  2. Select Add or Replace eero Devices
  3. Select Add eero Device
  4. Plug in your new eero hub, then select the arrow button
  5. If the eero network does not find your new eero, select Set up Using a Serial Number
  6. On the next screen, enter the serial number from your eero device and press Next

if I can get my eero app to open with the page I need. I’ll be able to follow the setup’s.
