I have an ongoing problem with slow broadband speed which has resulted in a visit from both a TalkTalk and Openreach engineer, which has not resulted in the problem being resolved.
I would like to know how to avoid having to do an online chat every time I have to contact Technical Services; which sometimes takes nearly two hours and being asked the same questions that I have already answered.
I just want to be able to speak to someone!
