Slow Router Speeds

I am experiencing slow router to device speed.   A recent test showed the following:-

47 Mbps download and 17 Mbps upload.   A new TalkTalk router was received in December 2021 which I presume is the most upto date.    The router is located at my main telephone socket and the device is wirelessly run from there in the upstairs area.    Has anyone any ideas how the speed can be improved.    Many thanks

Okay many thanks Karl.   Will wait for the new router to arrive and hopefully this will solve the problem

Hi

 

tests are clear and line sync speed is fine, but I can see wifi errors at the router, so first option to try is to swap this out. I've another router on the way so this can be tested.
