Hi all im only getting a maximum of 5 meg speeds ...im paying 27£ a month for up to 10 to 18 meg speeds ...this is breaking ofcom service rules for poor service.
My phone line is fine via bt.
I used to get high speeds and never had issues only this past few months when they were rolling out 5g on all the masts.
Has anyone same or similar problem?
I checked and tested on talktalk website
And it just says track fault.....with a cryptic contact us process?? Wish they had a straight forward contact us email button!!
