Hello everyone.
I have an issue with my router, I have multiple smart plugs I use the Kasa app to add those smart plugs the wifi, when I was with Vodafone - no problem, with Talk Talk I cant even see the router in the list of available wifi connections.
Anyone got any advice on resolving this?
Secondly the network connection in my home drops every so often for a around 30 seconds then comes back up again, I don't know if this is signal strength of something else but it is very annoying.
Is there an option to get a better hub going to do anything positive for me, I know Talk Talk have a better hub, is upgrading an option?
Thanks all

Hi @Firespasm,
What model of router do you currently have ?
When the connection drops what do the light(s) do on the router ?
Do you have any 'wired' devices, do they also lose connection ?
Do you have other wireless devices (laptop, phone etc.), if so are they able to see and connect to the wireless successfully ?
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
