Hi
I have been having issues with my router not connecting to the internet for the past 24 hours. Where it drops connections and flashes orange reconnects for a few minutes and does again.
I have tried turning off for 20 minutes, resetting all of which helps to reconnect but will last for 30 minutes and the orange light comes back.
I spent several hours trying to resolve today to be told that it was because I was not in full fibre and resold fibre 65 which was the package I was already on.
This has not solved the issue, believe it or not, if there is no issue with the line into the house (which I have been told there isn’t) then the issue is with the router. The router is 5 years old. Please can you send a new router.
