Hi @Martinp498,

Can you give us details of exactly what problem you are having ?

One thing that can sometimes cause problems is if the bulb only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, and you have your router set up to broadcast both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks with the same network name, this can occasionally cause confusion with the website / software that you might be using to try to set the bulb up.

If this was the case you could find details on how to give the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks different names here. If you did try this then you should ensure that the device that you are using to try to set up the bulb is connected to the same Wi-Fi band (probably the 2.4GHz) that the bulb is going to try to use.

Obviously without more details on exactly what problem you are seeing I can't know if the advice above is relevant, but it is certainly something that can cause issues when setting up smart devices that only support one specific Wi-Fi band.

Note that if you do change your Wi-Fi network name for one of your bands, then any devices in your home that connect to that band would need to be updated to connect to that new network name.
