Solid orange light on my WiFi-Hub

Hello! 

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me find where you can order a replacement wifi-hub, our router has had a solid orange light on it all day, I have tried a few factory resets and leaving it switched off for 20 minutes, but to no avail.

 

I had a similar issue 18 months ago when a replacement router fixed a similar issue.
