For the past 24 hours I've had no WiFi. There are no green lights on the router just a solid red light where the status symbol is which sometimes disappears. I've tried all the troubleshooting advice which hasn't helped, I completed a connection test on TalkTalks website but it said there was no known issues with the router.

I've completed a line test and this hasn't detected any line faults.
I think we should send a replacement router, are you happy for me to arrange this?
