I am once again experiencing problems with my speed and internet connection. I run a speed and connection test through my account and both come back negative. It states I have a line problem and they are working on it and my speed is below my guaranteed minimum (24Mbps). My connection keeps dropping on a daily basis and the speed is very erratic. A couple of months ago I experienced the same problems and you sent me a new router which seemed to resolve the problem in thhe short term however we are back with the same problems again. Can you enlighten me what the problem is which they are purportetly working on? and what the parameters are for claiming compensation for speeds less than my guaranteed minimum.
Thank you.
shipboard.

Hi shipboard
The line test is clear and your line is in sync at just over 32mb.
Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes?
