Thank you  I have removed it. As far as I am aware I don't have this in my package so no intention of paying for it. Main reason I have gone to talktalk is price as I am now a pensioner so got to cut back xx

OK, but if it isn't Supersafe from TalkTalk could it be something else? It shouldn't just "appear" and it is a service that you have to actively sign up to, pay for and install on devices.

You may be paying for it, @TREACLE78. It may be included free for a while with your contract.

 

If you don't want it on any devices at all, you'd need to remove the software entirely in case it interacts with any other antivirus software you might want to use.

Thank you, sort of. This has just appeared as an icon on my tablet but I don't need this sort of thing on here. Think I will just remove it as I didn't ask for it
