My wife works from home on fridays and noticed that after she was disconnected as sometimes happens, her vpn phone line has stopped working which it has never previously done , it will now only ring once and then cuts off, her company has checked their end and no faults are apparent so have advised us to contact talk talk as something could be blocking it at your end. Sorry router is Huwaei HG633.
Any suggestions please .

The Wifi hub arrived today and all connected and amazingly the voip phone works perfectly as it should - you are a star and thank you so very much as I have a happy wife lol 🙂 who can now work from home again . I wished I had contacted the community sooner instead of waiting when we had our previous issues with your live chat colleagues but that is in the past now .

Thanks for getting back to me , I have as requested reset the router now and unfortunatley the VOIP phone which is connected to the router is still not working , it only rings once and then cuts off, the VPN network for my company is working perfectly just not the phone and I have tested this on my works computer and works fine but not from home?
I have added the details you require onto my profile as discussed. If you could send out a replacement router to test this that would be great.

I'm sorry to hear this.
Can I just check, have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
If you have tried this, then please let us know and we can send a replacement router for testing.
