Can anyone tell me what’s going on in the Chester area.Had no texts telling me what’s happening or when I can expect rectify.Other parts of Chester also affected

Hi @Warren10 I have checked on the service status and Chester is not part of the list of the affected areas, I will be able to run checks on your line, are you at home to proceed.

Staff will be back on here after c 7am on Monday, @Warren10, but if it's a wider issue they won't be able to speed it up. No point running checks on your individual service unless you find that you are not back up and running when others appear to be sorted.
Then it will be worth getting in touch on here again.
It's a good idea to complete your community forum profile details for forum staff to know exactly where you are, and for any reference to your service if further problems arise.
Go via your avatar; settings; find Personal Information. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number etc. SAVE CHANGES.
